Customer Service Representative

The first voice every West Electric customer hears. Handle inbound calls and emails, qualify estimate requests, route leads to the right estimator, manage scheduling, and own the customer experience that drives our 4.9-star rating.
Sales Manager

Build and lead the West Electric sales team across solar, battery, EV charger, generator, and electrical service. Set targets, coach reps, own the close rate, and partner with marketing on lead quality. Base + bonus + growth path for the right operator.
